Dr. Harpreet Singh is one of few select physicians in the country that are triple Board Certified by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and has Board Certification for Interventional Pain Management with certification in Addiction medicine.

​Dr. Singh is a comprehensive pain specialist and neurologist with years of experience working as a primary care doctor, palliative care physician and was an Associate Clinical Professor in department of Internal Medicine at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California.Dr. Singh has been designated as QME (Qualified Medical Examiner) by the California Division of Worker’s Compensation to evaluate disability and write medical-legal reports.

Training

Dr. Singh completed his fellowship in interventional pain management at UC Davis Medical Center – Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. Dr. Singh specializes in treating head and neck pain. He has additional training in managing craniofacial and dental pain from UCLA Dental School and Tufts School of Dental Medicine. His residency training in Neurology at UC Davis Medical Center has allowed him to develop extensive understanding of neuropathic pain disorders and headaches.
