Dr. Harpreet Singh holds four board certifications: Neurology and Brain Injury Medicine through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Internal Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine, and Interventional Pain Management through the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. This breadth of credential allows him to evaluate and treat complex neurological and pain conditions within a single practice — rather than requiring patients to coordinate care across multiple specialists.

With over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Singh focuses on traumatic brain injury (TBI) care in the South Bay. He brings expertise in diagnosing and managing the full spectrum of TBI sequelae — including chronic pain, cognitive changes, vestibular dysfunction, and post-traumatic headache — using advanced diagnostic tools including EEG and VNG testing performed in-house.

Dr. Singh trained at Weill Cornell Medicine and serves as Associate Clinical Professor at UC Davis Medical Center. He is designated as a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME) by the California Division of Workers' Compensation and functions as an expert witness in neurological and pain-related legal proceedings.
