Dr. Harpreet Singh is one of a small number of physicians in California who holds four simultaneous board certifications: Neurology, Brain Injury Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Interventional Pain Management. This breadth of credential allows her to evaluate and treat complex neurological and pain conditions within a single practice — rather than requiring patients to coordinate care across multiple specialists.

With over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Singh has built a reputation as a leading TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) expert in the South Bay. She brings expertise in diagnosing and managing the full spectrum of TBI sequelae — including chronic pain, cognitive changes, vestibular dysfunction, and post-traumatic headache — using advanced diagnostic tools including EEG and VNG testing performed in-house.

Dr. Singh trained at Weill Cornell Medicine and serves as Associate Clinical Professor at UC Davis Medical Center. She is designated as a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME) by the California Division of Workers' Compensation and functions as an expert witness in neurological and pain-related legal proceedings.
